April 12, 2025 — Las Vegas — "Only God could have opened those doors and got me to the next place. It's incredible to be on that rollercoaster ride and to recognize that it's all Him and just blessings," said Carrie Underwood during her last Reflection: The Las Vegas Residency concert, marking the end of her three-year record-breaking production at the World Resort Theater.
Music legends such as Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, and Michael Jackson ring to mind as some of the most celebrated concerts in Las Vegas. Carrie Underwood's Reflection concerts are among those timeless legacies. It honors its fans with some of our generation's most popular music and inspires the industry to look toward a century where country music carves a legacy in stars.
Underwood took her bow after 72 shows, featuring some of the star's most beloved ballads, gospel hymns, and country-rock songs in her powerhouse repertoire. Among the most notable were 'Cowboy Casanova,' 'Before He Cheats,' 'Church Bells,' ‘Jesus, Take the Wheel,' 'How Great Thou Art,' and 'Something in the Water' as a grand fountain of hope and faith overtook the stage before the curtains dropped. The production was certainly on the music industry's most spectacular list of set pieces, costumes, and pyrotechnical effects in shape of fire and water.
The dazzle of country royalty also felt like home. In a true reflection of her character, her fans embody her goodwill and a proud All-American strength. It's a heartfelt aspect of society to be part of today. Celebrating her American Idol 20th Anniversary and returning on the show's 25th Anniversary as a judge this season, we can't imagine a more beautiful compliment to her career so far than that very reflection of her fans.
The fashions at the concert were also a celebration, expressed in their own sweet, timeless style. Denim jackets with a carved Carrie Underwood name on the back transformed rhinestones into diamonds. Long fringes, proud hats, and embroidered suits paired with cowboy boots were the All-American fashion dream. In their most authentic form, these Underwood fans showcased the most beautiful folkloric part of being dressed in the country—even when paired with a simple t-shirt and cowboy hat.
Then it was as if time stood still when Underwood welcomed Noel on stage to sing All-American Girl with her. Nearly a two-decade reunion in the making, Noel Miller is a former Make-a-Wish child who met Underwood at 12 years old in 2008. Now 28 years old, Noel effortlessly replaced the usual bachelorette who would sing All-American Girl, serving as a brilliant symbol and remainder of youthful faith.
Since her touring career Underwood had remained devoted to initiatives she holds dear, and earlier that evening she presented a check to Make-a-Wish America on behalf of all the fans that had attended Reflection over the past few years. One dollar from each seat became a check of $236,844, as one more step of faith and courage in the face of illness, and to celebrate World Wish Month in April and the 45th anniversary of Make-a-Wish.
"They make dreams come true for kids that really need it, deserve it, and are in some really dark times in their lives. We live our lives together and we need to be doing some good in the world," said Underwood.
"It was a great lesson for me, and talking about amidst all the darkness in life, whether it's medical, personal, there is always opportunity and hope," said Miller.
"Now whenever I hear Carrie Underwood on radio, and if I'm able to make it to one of her concerts, it's just one of those remainders that if times are tough, there is always good somewhere. Carrie is really good at pushing that back to God..."
Then we asked Noel to give us a headline for this story. Enthusiastically —still dazzled from having performed with one of the grandest legacies in the world —she replied:
"Definitely the most exhilarating, gemstone-diamond moment of my life."
